• Find and open new customer accounts. Maintain good relationships with current clients and buyers.
• Responsible for sell-in and sell-out performance across assigned channels (MT channel, Pharmacy channel)
• Monitor product displays, stock levels (OSD) at stores. Ensure promotions and POSM are set up correctly.
• Work closely with Sales Admin to track contracts, payments, and sales data/S&OP reports.
• Receive customer orders and make requests for product delivery.
• Organize and manage Sales documents (sales policies, price lists, promotion programs) to share with the team and clients when needed.
• Find local suppliers and get product samples based on customer requests.
• Join Sales meetings, support follow-up actions to meet deadlines. Assist with company events or product displays for new store openings.
• Schedule internal meetings and inform supervisors and relevant departments for participation.
• Prepare meeting minutes and reports as required.
