Business Staff

1. Develop and maintain relationships with Industrial Parks (IP/IZ) and consultant companies.
2. Conduct regular visits to IP/IZ to collect market information and identify potential clients.
3. Build and update a database of foreign-invested companies (Japanese, European, Asian, American).
4. Introduce company services to potential clients and explore construction opportunities.
5. Prepare visit reports and update management on market trends and project leaders.
6. Evaluate potential customers and support initial client communication when project information arises.

• Contract Type: Fixed-term Contract
• Working Hours: 08:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday
• Salary: Approximately USD 1,000/month
• Probation: 60 days, with a probation salary equivalent to 85% of the official salary, in accordance with the Labor Code of Vietnam.
• Annual Leave: In accordance with the Labor Code of Vietnam.
• Bonus: Subject to the Company’s policies and business performance (if applicable).

Education Level: Graduated from University, Major in Business and Marketing

Experience: 3-5 years’ experience at Sales and Marketing position. Preferably has experience working with companies from the USA, Europe, Australia, or Singapore/Malaysia (experience in trading, construction, or consulting firms is acceptable);

Technical Skills:

• Experience in B2B sales, client development, or business development (preferably in construction or industrial sector).
• Good communication and relationship-building skills with Japanese and foreign clients.
• Report writing and presentation skills.
• Possesses strong presentation skills, including proficiency in presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint), as well as the ability to record information effectively and prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOM) reports

Language Requirement: Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written. Speaking Japanese is advantage.
