Search and approach potential customers/projects in the industrial field with guidance from the manager.
Prepare and update customer lists, customer needs, project information, and market information.
Maintain existing customer relationships and support new customer development.
Support consultation, quotation preparation, contract/order follow-up, and learn the sales process.
Coordinate with internal departments to meet customer requirements.
Perform other tasks as assigned and guided by the manager.

Negotiable salary based on capability: From 9-15M/month.
Product and sales training with direct on-the-job coaching.
Company car provided for customer visits.

Annual company trip; friendly and professional working environment in a Japanese company.
Working time: Monday – Friday and two Saturdays on alternate weeks, according to company policy.
Base in Hanoi, customer/site visits when require

Female candidates are preferred; fresh graduates and junior applicants are welcome.
No minimum years of experience; sales, B2B, or industrial experience is a definite plus.
Pleasant, friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented.
Basic English communication.
Good communication, proactive, responsible, and eager to learn.
Able to visit customers or project sites when required.
