Sales Assistant Manager/ Supervisor

Position: Assistant Manager/ Supervisor
Responsible for B2B sales activities, sales Consultant, Introducing, consulting, and selling products.

1/ Driving Sales: convert potential customer into paying customers by implementing effective sales activation strategies.
2/ Sale activity Planning: joining conferences to showcase products and services, finding customer from any source….
3/ Manage sale team to achieve target and report to higher manager.
4/ Team Working: connecting Customer Service team , Purchasing Team, QA/QC team and Sale team for the necessary tools and information to drive sales.

• Sales team: Hanoi: 3 staffs. HCM: 1 General Manager, 2 staffs. This position reports directly to GM (HCM)
• This position will initially focus on nurturing the company’s potential customer base -> turning them into loyal customers. Simultaneously, it will manage the sales team in Hanoi.
• Hanoi currently has many factory customers in industrial parks. HCM has many trading companies and large retail businesses such as Uniqlo, Muji, and Aeon.
• Two interview rounds: one with a Vietnamese interviewer, one with the General Director.

Income:

• Fixed salary, not dependent on KPI.
• Bonus Incentive in Quarter.
