System Engineer

• Provide IT solution consulting based on customer requirements.
• Implement and manage IT system projects.
• Perform system operation and maintenance for customers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in accordance with SLA.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Propose improvements to IT systems and internal processes.
• Manage projects from the pre-sales phase through post-sales support.
• Coordinate and manage vendors to ensure project quality.

Additional responsibilities for the Middle-level Engineer:

• Mentor and support junior engineers.
• Act as the Customer Manager for assigned accounts.
• Manage project schedules and implementation progress.
• Lead small engineering teams and report project status to the line manager.

• Salary Range: 16.000.000 – 25.000.000 VND GROSS
• Probation terms salary: 100%
• Employment type:Full-time
• Working Hour: 8 – 17(MON – FRI)
• Rest Periods: 12:00-13:00
• Work Location: onsite at customer locations (in Hai Phong)
• Annual Leave: 17 DAYS/YEAR
• Holiday: Sundays & Saturdays, public holidays Off

<Must>

• Education background: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field

• Work experience:

  + Junior: 1–3 years of experience in System Engineering, Infrastructure, System Administration, or IT Support.

  + Middle: 3–5+ years of experience in system implementation and infrastructure operation.
