Senior Sales Support Specialist (Future Sales Support Team Leader)

This position is intended for a candidate who can oversee both Sales Administration and Logistics functions and has the potential to become the future leader of our Sales Support Team.

The key requirements are as follows:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• At least 5 years of Sales Administration experience
• At least 3 years of Logistics and/or Import & Export experience
• Experience working in a B2B manufacturing company or trading company
• Experience using ERP and/or CRM systems
• Strong Excel skills – Business-level English communication (especially email)
• Experience with CRM implementation or process improvement is an advantage
• Previous team leader experience is preferred

• Salary Range: 40~45M VND/per month depending on experience and qualifications.
• Bonus: 13th-month salary and based on business results
• Insurance: Social insurance as per Vietnam Labor Law.
• Work Environment: Professional Japanese corporate environment.
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00AM –17:00PM
